Under BCS, the independents, not called Notre Dame, received a flat $100,000. Under CFP, it is based on the net revenue; the first CFP produced a distribution of around $250,000 for the independents. That has grown as the net revenues have increased.

2020-21 produced lower revenues and based on what the autonomous conferences and the G5 received, I calculate that the independents were given $425,000, or thereabouts.
