The only HS like that might be Home School and that is debatable on drama.

If you have daughters and she has friends you will have drama no matter what.

My kids went to Davis High and one year we found out the Seminary President was the drug dealer. Nice to know that.

Lots less of that out of Utah in terms of LDS kids involved in drugs. Not as much pressure from friends.
