This morning "Gonna Fly Now" came up on a movie themes playlist we were listening to while doing family chores, and all I wanted to do was go lift heavy weights or run.

It made me wonder if this is entirely an effect of seeing the movies or if there are musical elements that are intrinsically motivating without any historical context.
