I want to try one other thing ... the Brazilian sausage.

If I went to a relatively "normal" grocery store that has a big butcher shop, what is probably the most similar sausage to a Brazilian sausage? What I read is that Brazilian sausages are relatively mild, with lots of garlic.

What is best guess for a reasonable substitute?
