Any team that S+Ts for him gets a hard cap

So if they can't afford to sign him, they won't have much ability to take him on and hard cap themselves unless they're right in a sweet spot. Plus in any S+T we'd have to take back equal salary.

Probably best case is to trade him via S+T for bad contracts and get a pick back
