Assuming somebody actually compiled that data nation wide

Which I doubt, the assumption would be all areas are enforced equally. And from what I have seen after living in Las Vegas for five years, other than a short stretch of I-15, there are relatively few cars pulled over here. Las Vegas easily has the angriest and most dangerous driving I have seen.

Yep, Utah drivers are one of the stereotypes that happen to be 100% accurate. California's driving is somehow far better

This thread is about drivers' quality, not traffic. As crazy as it sounds, LA drivers were more considerate and safe.
