investments as a co-investor with some smart money and hope for the best over the next 5-7 years. But that’s me.

Don’t love the public markets right now, don’t love crypto as more than 5-10% of any strategy. Wouldn’t want to do real estate on my own right now.

So that is what I would do, but not for everyone and you could easily choose wrong on 8-10 of the 12 and just hope 2-4 of them really go big. So not exactly index investing.
