No both are dumb statements.
Not getting vaccinated is much worse than getting it after COVID.
The second statement fails as well because it is not all or nothing. To assume everyone gets the same benefit from having it is ridiculous. If it said the benefit of getting the vaccine after already having COVID may be limited then I would agree.
The extremes it takes is to get clicks but they aren't true or measured if you were really trying to scientific.

The problem is it hasn’t been established what amount of antibodies in a naturally infected person provides
