The problem is it hasn’t been established what amount of antibodies in a naturally infected person provides
that long-lasting immunity that he’s talking about. Not everyone gets the same number of antibodies from their infection. If they don’t want infected and recovered people to have to get vaccinated (or at least encouraged to be vaccinated) they need to establish that level and provide a means by which the average Joe can get tested and know their level.
