As I age, two things have become
Very satisfying in my everyday routine:
1. Flossing my teeth, and using one of those mini pipe cleaner Dentek picks that just cleans out between the teeth perfectly
2. A consistent, quality bowel movement in the morning.
40s are great, BTW. Except my body feels like it’s falling apart a little bit…
