Utah's winning streak has been deserved, but there also has been some luck involved. I've been an avid BYU fan for a very long time and seen BYU defeat many teams more talented than my Cougs. Even if Utah was the superior team in every game during the streak, the odds should have played in BYU's favor a couple of times — especially given how close some of the games were.

Those odds will eventually even out. Kalani has done an amazing job rebuilding the program and we are in a much better position at QB and the skill positions than at any time during the losing streak. If BYU can stay healthy we will be competitive with every team we play this year and that includes Utah.
