When i was probably 12 we went on a road trip from Utah to Cali to visit grandparents. On the way back, the transmission on the suburban went out; it was still under warranty but we were stuck in Vegas. My parents rented a van to finish the trip. My dad has brought up multiple times that the van we rented was able to pack probably 90% of what the suburban held.

Vans are fantastic, and the sliding doors are nice with little kids as you know. It’s nice knowing you don’t have to worry about hitting other cars when the doors swing open.
