Not because of the layout or the speed, but because of the quality of construction. My kids had to actually hold themselves into the harness--scared the living daylights out of all of us.
It says it's constructed in 2012, but it's a Soviet era park that now has a Soviet theme (beautifully placed at the top of a mountain, highest point in the city, by the way). I haven't heard of any accidents there, but it's a bit of a game of Russian Roulette. Even though by western standards, it's super cheap ($1/ride), it's expensive for the locals, so it just sits there with an operator who starts the motor up if someone wants to take a ride--it was just my family for the twenty minutes we were in the vicinity.
