I think that's probably true. However, do you think there will be less demand
for the larger homes that are common in Utah given that it seems people are having fewer kids? If there's less demand for large homes, I wonder if those prices might go down over the next decade. What do you think? I have four young kids and it would be great if those 3000-4500 square foot homes became less expensive.
