I get reported often for incivility...and I can be uncivil at times. Usually my waking moments.

On the other hand, it only takes the tiniest modicum of intestinal fortitude to either simply ignore or respond. Weakness in conviction manifests itself in many ways. Crying to mama is a classic example.

I would certainly never suggest that running to El Jefe is tantamount to infantile behavior. That would be uncivil.

But I'm not not saying it isn't either...
