Don_Juan_El_Guapo Intervention Needed
I was looking for a "non-stick" pan and the CB crew suggested I get a cast iron
skillet. So, I did a little research and bought the one below. So far it's been great. The only drawback is the smoke it produces from the layers of oil. Cooks great. Tastes great. Also, I bought a protective handle and a chainmail rag for cleaning when necessary.
