The worst thing by far about losing weight and getting in shape is changing your eating/drinking habits.
Turn in your double cheeseburger for a salad. I'm not a rabbit. I strongly dislike salads. I don't even get lettuce on my double cheeseburger. I really like my 10 pm snack.

I can go and grind out a treadmill, lift weights, and keep my step count up daily. no biggie. Forego good food for terrible food? That's WAY too far.
