Until I discovered them Don Joaquin was my go-to Mexican restaurant. The one thing I will give Don Joaquin over Holy Taco is that their salsa bar is much better than Holy Taco's, who doesn't even have a salsa bar. If you combined the salsa bar of Don Joaquin with the pastor of Holy Taco, you'd have a perfect Mexican restaurant. As far as 180 Taco's go, I don't consider them traditional Mexican as they are more of a Mexican fusion restaurant and I'm not a huge fan of those style of tacos.
