we usually find a camp site or have stayed in parking lots if business allow it. Crackle barrel in flagstaff is a good one to stay in, they are good with it and just ask you have breakfast in the morning. This is only our second church parking lot we have stayed in, the last one was when we pulled into West Yellowstone at 2am last summer, but when I woke up I noticed they had a sign saying no overnight parking or camping. The heber/over guard church didn’t have anything saying no go so we park, kids try unsuccessfully to connect the TVs in the RV to the church wifi, sleep, wake up early and hit the road
