My kids are all over 15, so it's quiet and really hasn't affected me, I'm more productive at home due to fewer distractions.
With TEAMS I can control who I talk to and when, whereas at the office, I have new reps bugging me all the time about
odds and ends. It's pretty distracting at the office really. We go on a hybrid program August 1st and my office. 3 Days in
office, 2 days at home.
