If you have 2 parts of your current company actively recruiting you do you
disclose it to both hiring managers?

My situation:

About 2 months ago function A contacted me and asked me to apply for a position based in Texas. I told them I wasn't interested in moving back to Texas and they asked me to apply anyway because they really wanted me to consider the role and might allow me to stay in Cincinnati. I applied and went through the interview process. Narrowed to myself and another minority female located in Texas. I understand the game and knew what was going to happen. They hired her and promised me another opening where I could stay in Cinci in a few weeks.

2 weeks ago function B contacted me and offered me a job based in Texas but they would consider letting me stay in Cinci if I were interested. They asked me to apply and I did, but I haven't had a first interview yet.

Function A just called me and told me they have another opening for me. They told me they have to go through the process to refresh the candidate pool, but may not even ask me to go through the interview process again unless HR forced the issue.

I want to apply for both. There's no guarantees with either so why shouldn't I? Question is whether to disclose the situation to them? If there were different companies I wouldn't even consider it, but this is a unique situation.

Would you disclose or just apply to both and take whichever offer came first or best.

For the record both jobs are appealing for differenet reasons and each would check an important box on my resume so I'm not overly partial to either.
