Any drop in price could be a wash depending on interest rates. How many more will want to escape the places they live now with diminishing services and rising taxes? It is likely to be localized as it is now. Some will benefit and some will not. I would not want to live in an outflow demographic if I wanted to maintain my standard of living and quality of life.
