1. Standard schedule (no nights would be my #1). That takes off years of my life
2. I’m a doctor who does procedures. If I dropped the procedures component I don’t think there is any job in medicine that would give me that much stress overall (as long as I wasn’t working nights)
3. Change in money doesn’t matter as fortunately the one good thing in medicine is nearly if of us do fine there. It’s the other nonsense/noise from the outside (ie imagine your experience as a patient with healthcare) but I’m at a point where I’ve come to grips with most of that
