It’s true- first time home buyers have been priced out
If you want a usda loan in Utah county, you’re capped at 90k- that won’t afford a home anymore.
If you want the fha, and don’t make more than 90k, you’re priced at around a 375k home loan- which won’t buy anything larger than a split home with no yard.
