People let their memories as a child and having school off cloud their judgment concerning summer. It's hot, everyone smells bad, there are tons of bugs, wildfires clogging the air with smoke, and unless you work in the education system there are no major holidays to expect time off. Fall is objectively the best season. Great temperatures, fewer bugs, changing leaves, best wardrobe options, Halloween, and most importantly, football.
