20s/hour as a med surge nurse (I’m surprised Utah doesn’t have higher number/1000) while in Nevada she was making close to 50/hour. And in California it would have been even closer to 100/hr. People have gotten smart and realized they can work less stressful jobs with lots of flexibility and make good money rather than slaving away as a nurse or doctor and making good money. Obviously some doctors make REALLY good money.

The system is screwed up between cost of schooling to become a doctor, litigation, paperwork, insurance, billing, high paid administration, etc. healthcare is a disaster. I wish I knew a way to fix it.
