When you hear stories of it, it's absurd that grown adults would act the way they do. One of my nurse preceptors in nursing school was known to have made every single one of her students cry during their shift. My instructor had to stick one of us with her (due to a nurse shortage that day) and she chose me to deal with this yewt nurse. I didn't put up with any of her crap, but I can see how others would've buckled.
