It's just really boring with stretches all the same & occassional little towns. Maybe I've just driven it too many times
but it feels like it takes forever. Speed limits aren't great. The Lewiston hill is something if you've never driven it. It's called the spiral highway for a reason.

Weather-wise, not bad. Road-wise, it would suck. Hwy 95 from Boise to Moscow/Pullman is pretty, but very desolate.
