NIL deals will go to the most visible positions like QB. Marginal QBs that would make excellent tight ends or linebackers will insist on staying at QB because the money potential is so much greater at QB.

When a player is forced to change positions, they'll be more upset because it will literally mean an instant demotion/paycut. It will be hitting their pocket book immediately, not just a few years from now in the NFL (which they were already realizing wasn't going to happen anyways).
