Exactly. I also had my kids watch Samaritan Snare.
The Pakleds had them laughing hysterically. "Curious throwbacks" as Riker called them.

Yep. Some really cringe-worthy stuff. But there are some gems. Measure of a Man is one of the best episodes in TNG, IMO.

Yes & no. 1st ep. isn't great, but it introduces Q, who is in many great eps.
