When someone goes on pto as a recruiter you have someone support your reqs while you are out and make offers. We have a team and no one else is helping while I help the entire team. Myself and the another person are new but come on. Use new people can’t take everything on.

People should be assigned to support people while they go in pto. We have over 900 openings. Come on man!
