If the strips are measuring mg/dL, it sounds like you're in a completely normal
range. However, if you were doing a blood test or if the measure was mmol/L, then I'd be a little worried as you probably wouldn't have levels like that without several days of fasting. Ketone levels when you first start can be all over the place. Don't worry about chasing ketones; more ketones do not equal more weight loss.
