The West Coast is where most of our alumni base and church members are. For this
reason, the PAC 12 is the best P5 conference for BYU. Unfortunately, there are a lot of obstacles for BYU to becoming a member of the PAC-12. We don't fit their traditional profile, but their quality of athletics, academics, and geography fits BYU's profile. It's a messy situation.
