It’s common for new members to adopt a sliding scale of the conference
distributions. Those scales are usually offered by the applicant school.
For Utah it was 0%, 25%, 50%, 100%
WVU and TCU 50%, 67%, 85%, 100%
Rutgers and Maryland was over a 6-year period.
