He was using client trust funds to pay for homes, trips, huge donations to CSU athletics, crazy elaborate dinners. The
funds included a kid who survived a crash that killed the parents (and maybe some siblings), a person who IIRC had won an award after a botched surgery left them unable to care for themself and a kid born with some chronic illness like Cerebral palsy
