The PAC12 will never go away because of where it is located. If we go to 3 super
conferences it will be the PAC12, the SEC, and the Big10. The PAC12 will actually likely benefit big time by this realignment.
The ACC, who shares a geographical footprint with the SEC, should be much more worried than the PAC12.
The only way this is not true is if the unthinkable happens and USC leaves the PAC12. This is EXTREMELY unlikely. Therefore, the PAC is safe.
