I had an appointment, walked right over to have my photograph taken. I had barely sat down in the waiting area before they called me over to get the rest of the license figured out. It took probably 15 minutes total. My only problem with the DMV so far is they moved the southern Utah office from St George to the middle of nowhere on the way to Hurricane as a more "central" location. Why they make everyone drive 45 minutes out there, I don't know. Otherwise, I haven't had many problems in the few times I've had to do something with my license.
