ESPN wants out of their B12 contract, attempt to get out by dissolving the remaining members of the B12.

But they can't offer anything better than, "join the AAC", which means that no other P5 conference is interested in the remaining B12 members.

Now that legal has stepped in, this will really put a pause on any other poaching of B12 members.

B12's only remaining option, unless they're still too stubborn to see it, is to expand by way of invites. At the very least, get some invites made as that will strengthen their position in the restructuring landscape.
