If I was making the lottery picks for each team…
1. Detroit - Cade Cunningham - I love the next 3 guys too, but I don’t think you can pass on Cunningham.

2. Houston - Honestly I’d trade with Cleveland and pick up another asset, but if I’m picking here I take Evan Mobley. I just think he’s the one guy who can challenge Cade for highest ceiling. High floor too. I don’t love Mobley and Wood together, which is why I’d look to trade, grab Jalen Green and a future first or something.

3. Cleveland - Jalen Suggs - Mobley is the better fit and I’d much rather have him if I’m Cleveland, but in this scenario Mobley is gone and I just take the next best guy. I’ve got Green and Suggs basically tied, but I think Suggs provides more of what Cleveland needs. He fits better with Garland or Sexton than either of those guys fit with each other.

4. Toronto - Jalen Green - Easily the best player left in my opinion. Explosive scoring guard. Easy pick.

5. Orlando - Scottie Barnes - Tough luck for Orlando as they missed out on the top tier guys. I don’t love Barnes for them as he can’t shoot great…just not sure who else I’d pick and he’s the best talent remaining. They can figure it out.

6. OKC - James Bouknight - Think he makes a nice tandem with SGA. Good athlete that can create his own shot.

7. GS - Franz Wagner - Rumor is he’s up to 6’11. Great defender, can space the floor a bit, good athlete. Would be a good weapon in that offense and an interesting defensive frontcourt piece alongside draymond.

8. Orlando - Moses Moody - Not sure they can afford to take Kuminga after taking Barnes. Moody can shoot and gives them a different look than Barnes. Sets them up to be a pretty strong and flexible defensive team.

9. Sacramento - Jonathan Kuminga - Good value here. They probably want someone who can help more right away, but I’d take the top talent. The type of player every team is trying to find if he reaches his potential.

10. Memphis - Trey Murphy - maybe a bit high and they won’t take him because they obviously moved up for somebody like Giddey, but I think Murphy makes more sense. I haven’t watched Giddey enough to have any real opinion, but he didn’t impress in the limited stuff I’ve seen. Murphy can shoot and defend at a high level. He’s a good athlete. I think he’d pair well with Ja.

11. Charlotte - Alperen Sengun - Honestly I’ve never seen him play and don’t know much, but most experts would consider him one of the top couple prospects left and Charlotte has a big need at the 5. High IQ guy with post skills and good passing skills. Could develop a nice passing chemistry with Lamelo.

12. San Antonio - Davion Mitchell - They’re going to need someone to create for all those wings now that Derozan is most likely gone. I love Mitchell. He’s got size concerns, but he’s one of those guys that I think will find a way to overcome it. He’s also quite skilled as a shooter and passer.

13. Indiana - Ziaire Williams - This is probably higher than he’ll go, but I think Indy just needs to take a chance. He’s the highest ceiling guy left and Indiana feels set up for mediocrity unless they hit big on a star. I’d take a swing on Ziaire. He’s a big, skilled athlete that struggled last year. Think he’s still incredibly talented though.

14. GS - Chris Duarte - gives them another readymade player to plug into the rotation. Lethal shooter, smart player. He seems kinda locked into this position and I think it’s the right call. Kispert would be good too.
