Anybody a wiz on malpractice insurance needs? My wife established a single member LLC (no employees) for a physical
therapy practice, but I'm not sure if I would purchase the professional liability insurance for her personally or for the LLC. Seems like it would be her personally since the LLC already shields her from personal liability on the business side.
