The bylaws dictate that the soonest they can leave is June 30, 2023.
The GOR is in force until June 2025. Unless the Big 12 reaches a settlement, any revenue earned by OU and UT goes to the Big 12.
Normally, I would expect a settlement but if the Big 12 is angry and vindictive enough, it could cost each over $150M.
