The Mexican player had a horrible touch. In no way, shape, or form did that prevent a goal.

I suppose you could say technically it's a foul. But it was a very harsh, undeserving PK. Couple that with the despicable demeanor of the Mexican national team, and they deserve absolutely no help whatsoever from officials. But they got it.

That was even more weak than the call in the US-Qatar game. You wonder why teams take dives? Because they are rewarded. They shouldn't be.
