And if you read Tony Jones piece a month or so ago back on the inner workings of what lead to the sour relationship between him and the rest of management and Quin Snyder....it wasn't just the Udoka draft pick, it was the signing of Favors to a multi-year deal. Many could've understood 1 yr,,,,but any more than that? Nope....and if other teams were offering more than the 1 yr, then fine...you let him go to that team. In essence we didn't get much from him this year.

I love Favors, he's a true Jazz man, but he's on an obvious and precipitous decline and the Jazz should've never committed to anything beyond a 1 yr MLE for him.
