Unfortunately it immediately cracked across the length of the glass, so it couldn't be repaired. That one ticked me off, because the Idaho DOT working on the road had their sign warning of road repair about half a mile into the resurfacing. So we and the car in the lane next to us and just in front hit the freshly chipped surface at about 85 mph. We came up to the work crew about a mile further up.
The two windshields ruined on my younger son's car and the latest small chip in the last year were all random rocks getting kicked up.
