Russia had a steamroller economy in ‘72. But it was built on crap infrastructure and didn’t evolve. China may be avoiding this as you mentioned. I still think the people of China will figure out what the real world is like eventually.

I’m not a big fan of supporting the Chinese economy but it really is hard these days.
