others. The glorifying of victims, mental health survivors, less-privileged (where privilege is based on some very subjective criterion) is at a ridiculous level right now. Kids these days, especially young women are very influenced by these narratives and want to align with whatever will draw them the most attention and give them the most hero "strong, independent, brave" status. And this usually takes priority of the "team" and working together, unity and strength in supporting one another narrative.
I'm hoping for the ought here.
