museum system, whereas Castle is private. Much of Hill's collection is indoors in purpose-built hangars, and the overall curation of Hill is much more professional. Plus the indoor restorations at Hill are very well done.
That said, Castle has some gems like the RB-36 and the B-58, and because Castle is private they have Navy stuff like the SBD and F-14; whereas Hill divested itself of pretty much anything that was non-USAF (other than some foreign stuff) years ago. They are both great museums though.
Now if you want to see a really great one, it's Dayton in Ohio - which is the main USAF museum. It takes a whole day to really see it.
