PAC stays at 12, Big-12 drops WVa and Adds 5, gets to 12 and the two leagues form a 4x6 Division GWC (Great West Conference). WVa goes to the ACC to form a 16 team M/W oly sports conference, 15+ SA with the Irish.

In the GWC the PAC stays as is, while BYU, SDSU, CSU, HOUSTON and UNLV all join. The now 12 team Big-12 also divides into two divisions.

At the end of an 11 game season, each placed program plays the 12th game with the 2 Division Champs of each Conference play for the right to play the PAC 12 Champion in a conference final. However, if a division champ already defeated the other Division Champ in a regular season contest, it gets HFA regardless of national rank or record.

Regular season is 5 games vs division, 2 games vs and-over division, 1 game each vs the other conferences two Divisions, 9 total games that count in GWC standings.
