[Simpsons Question] Help me understand viewer sensitivities
So I'm watching one of the greatest episodes of The Simpsons on FreeForm. Yes, "Homie the Clown," from Season 6. It gets to this classic scene. They show it in its entirety, including the absolute pummelling of the Krustyburglar, which might go a little too far, EXCEPT they cut the classic two seconds where the boy says, "Stop, stop, he's already dead."
Anyone have context why they would only cut those two seconds? Is it particularly objectionable? It's kind of one of the most famous lines in Simpsons history.
