Overall or in the next two years? Overall is a better way to say it for me as who knows
how long these guys want to stay. Here are the guys on the roster that I believe have NFL potential (not all of them will make the NFL):

QBs: Hall and Conover-I think Hall has the higher upside of the two, but they both could be NFL players
RB: Allgeier (I think he leaves after this year assuming he has another good year, I haven't seen enough of the younger guys to know on them)
WR: G. Romney, P. Nacua; outside chance N Pau'u and S Nacua: Gunner has the potential as does Puka, Pau'u could if he becomes like Milne, Samson is harder to read as he played in a run offense.
TE: Rex and Holker (there are likely others on the bench, but both of these guys will play in the NFL if they work hard and avoid injuries)
OL: Freeland, Empey, Barrington Bros (Empey and Freeland will both be drafted in my opinion, Barrington was so good last year that I think he has that potential as well and I know his brother was projected to be better than him and has turned some heads in camp despite being rusty)
DL: Batty (he is the only one I have seen play with the potential. I suppose Fauatea could have a chance if he had a great year this year)
LB: Pili, Wilgar, J. Wilson, Outside Chance; Tooley (Wilgar has looked really good and I think he has a good chance at getting drafted. Pili is a stud as well and reminds me a bit of a Harvey Langi. Josh Wilson has flashed athleticism at times and I think his name will put him in camp somewhere. Tooley is a tough one to gauge, but I think he has an outside shot)
S: Ah You (outside shot: Bywater) Chaz has an NFL future if he can keep his head on straight-I know he has had some mental health issues. Bywater looks the part, but I don't know his measurables.
K/P: Oldroyd and Rehkow have a shot, but kickers and punters are the hardest position to get in the NFL as they last for so long. Oldroyd in particular has shown an NFL leg.
